Return Policy

We are a small business and at present don't have a return policy. However, we do honor replacement requests if an incorrect or damaged item is delivered.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item delivered is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

To be eligible for a replacement of an incorrect order, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please NOTE that any shipping and handling cost for returns will have to be paid by you.

In case of a damaged order, a store credit will be issued to your account or send you an exchange, if the product is still in stock.

We also require an unedited/uncut video of unboxing the merchandise if requesting a store credit or replacement. 


To start a replacement or damaged product store credit request, please contact us at customersupport@indianpaisley.com within 48 hours of receiving it.
